122 When the Secretary must cancel accreditation

If the Secretary becomes aware that the holder of a tow truck driver accreditation has been found guilty of an offence listed in clause 1 of Schedule 2, the Secretary must cancel the accreditation.

A person whose accreditation has been cancelled under this section may apply to VCAT under section 132.
