119 Offence to retain illegible certificate
If the certificate of accreditation of the holder of a tow truck driver accreditation becomes illegible or is altered or defaced, the holder must return the certificate to the Secretary and apply for the issue of a replacement certificate within 7 days of becoming aware that the certificate has become illegible or has been altered or defaced.
