103 The Secretary may require further information
The Secretary may require an applicant to—
S. 103(a) amended by No. 49/2019 s. 140(Sch. 2 item 82(b)).
(a) supply further information or things as specified by the Secretary that the Secretary reasonably requires in order to assess the application;

(b) verify, in the manner and form determined by the Secretary, the information or thing supplied for the purpose of the application;

(c) sign the application or provide a signature to the Secretary that can be digitised;
