99A Authority or self-insurer may pay for rehabilitation service S. 99A(1) amended by Nos 67/1992 s. 81(f), 50/1994 s. 48, 81/1998 s. 23(a). (1) The Authority, employer or a self-insurer may pay the reasonable costs of an occupational rehabilitation service provided to a worker whether or not the entitlement of the worker to compensation under this Act has been established. (2) Where the Authority, employer or a self-insurer agrees to pay amounts under this section it must give the worker reasonable notice before discontinuing payments in respect of the occupational rehabilitation service.
