91B Determination by County Court of State with which worker's employment is connected S. 91B(1) amended by No. 5/2021 s. 34. (1) If a claim for compensation has been made under this Act or a request for provisional payments has been made under Division 2BA, a party to the claim or request may apply to the County Court for a determination of the question of which State is the State with which the worker's employment is connected. (2) The County Court must determine an application under subsection (1) in accordance with section 80 and cause that determination to be entered in the records of the court. (3) An application under subsection (1) is not to be made or heard if there is a determination that is to be recognised under section 91C. S. 91C inserted by No. 95/2003 s. 20.
