91A Determination of State with which worker's employment is connected in proceedings under this Act S. 91A(1) amended by No. 5/2021 s. 33. (1) If the question of whether this State is connected with a worker's employment arises in proceedings in a court in relation to a claim for compensation under this Act or a request for provisional payments under Division 2BA, that court must— (a) determine the State with which the worker's employment is connected in accordance with section 80; and (b) cause that determination to be entered in the records of the court. (2) Subsection (1) does not apply if there is a determination that is to be recognised under section 91C. S. 91B inserted by No. 95/2003 s. 20.
