391 Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013 (1) Except as in the **Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013** or regulations made under section 621 of that Act expressly provided, all persons, things and circumstances appointed or created by or under this Act or existing or continuing under this Act immediately before 1 July 2014 continue under and subject to the **Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013** to have the same status, operation and effect as they respectively would have had if that Act had not been enacted. (2) Nothing in this section limits or otherwise affects the operation of the **Interpretation of Legislation Act 1984**. Pt 9 Div. 16 (Heading and ss 392, 393) inserted by No. 48/2017 s. 6.
