295 Sections 114 and 114B Sections 114 and 114B as amended by sections 20 and 21 of the **Accident Compensation and Other Legislation (Amendment) Act 2006** apply in respect of any claim for weekly payments received by the Authority or a self-insurer on or after 1 January 2005, subject to the worker being otherwise entitled to receive weekly payments in accordance with this Act.
