279 Section 104B (Claims for compensation under section 98C) Section 104B as amended by section 4 of the **Accident Compensation Legislation (Amendment) Act 2004** applies in respect of a claim for compensation lodged under section 98C on or after the commencement of section 4 of the **Accident Compensation Legislation (Amendment) Act 2004** irrespective of whether the injury occurred before, on or after that date.
