272 Section 92A (Revised compensation for death of worker) Section 92A as amended by section 14 of the **Accident Compensation Legislation (Amendment) Act 2004** applies in respect of a claim for compensation made on or after the commencement of section 14 of the **Accident Compensation Legislation (Amendment) Act 2004**.
