266 Section 99 (Compensation for medical and like services) (1) Section 99, as amended by section 4(2) of the amending Act, only applies to claims for compensation under section 99 made after the commencement date. (2) This Act continues to apply to a person who was injured before the commencement date for 18 months after the commencement date as if it had not been amended by section 4(2) of the amending Act. New s. 267 inserted by No. 95/2003 s. 23.
