26 Amendment of section 99—reasonable costs
(5) The **Accident Compensation Act 1985** as in force on the commencement of this section applies to services or provisions rendered on or after that commencement. [↑](#endnote-ref-18)

(2) The Principal Act as amended by subsection (1) applies in respect of payments of compensation to which section 130 of the Principal Act applies which are paid after the commencement of subsection (1). [↑](#endnote-ref-25)
25. S. 130: Section 63(3)(4) of the **Accident Compensation (Amendment) Act 1994**, No. 50/1994 read as follows:

(3) Subject to subsection (4), payments of compensation to which section 130 of the Principal Act applies which have been paid to the Authority in accordance with the Principal Act as in force before the commencement of subsection (1) are to continue to be administered by the Authority in accordance with the Principal Act as in force before that commencement.
(4) On the appointed day—
(a) the administration of payments of compensation to which subsection (3) applies is transferred to the State Trust Corporation of Victoria; and
(b) the Authority must transfer to the State Trust Corporation of Victoria such assets (including any money) as the Authority determines to be equivalent in value to the value of payments of compensation administered by the Authority. [↑](#endnote-ref-26)
