259 Section 5(1) (Definition of *injury*) The definition of ***injury*** in section 5(1), as amended by section 3(1) of the amending Act, only applies to injuries that occur on or after the date of commencement of section 3. New s. 260 inserted by No. 95/2003 s. 23.
