252P Supreme Court—limitation of jurisdiction (1) It is the intention of section 99(10) as inserted by section 77 of the **Transport Accident and Accident Compensation Legislation Amendment Act 2010** to alter or vary section 85 of the **Constitution Act 1975**. (2) It is the intention of section 99AI as inserted by section 35 of the **Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Amendment (Provisional Payments) Act 2021** to alter or vary section 85 of the **Constitution Act 1975**.
