136 Authority or employer not liable for certain costs and expenses Where a worker is or appears to be entitled to costs and expenses in respect of an injury under this Act, and that injury has arisen out of the use of a motor car before the commencement of section 34 of the **Transport Accident Act 1986**, the Authority, a self-insurer or an employer is not liable for any costs or expenses in respect of which the Transport Accident Commission may make payment under section 122 or 145 of the **Transport Accident Act 1986**.
