129P Apportionment of liability
Liability to pay damages and all costs recovered or recoverable by a worker in a common law proceeding shall be apportioned between the Authority and all other persons under any legal liability in respect of the injury the subject of the proceeding and any common law insurer who is liable to indemnify any such persons in respect of or in relation to the common law proceeding in such manner as is, and upon such terms as are, agreed or, in default of agreement, as are determined in accordance with the provisions of this Division by a court to be just and equitable.
