118A Right to apply for settlement S. 118A(1) amended by No. 80/2010 s. 78(n). (1) A worker to whom this Subdivision applies may apply for the settlement of his or her entitlement under this Act (other than Division 2B of Part IV) with respect to the injury. New s. 118B inserted by No. 82/2001 s. 3.
