115F Transitional provision for workers who have had psychiatric impairment assessed (a) section 115E applies; and (b) the worker has had the degree of his or her impairment assessed under section 104B and the assessment process included an assessment of psychiatric impairment in accordance with section 91; and (c) either— (i) the worker has advised the Authority or self-insurer under section 104B(7) that he or she accepts the assessments; or (ii) the assessments have been referred to a Medical Panel under section 104B(9) and the Medical Panel has given its opinion in relation to the assessments. (2) The Authority or self-insurer must combine the assessment for psychiatric impairment with the assessments for any other impairments that were assessed, using the combination tables in the A.M.A. Guides. (3) The result obtained by combining the assessments is the assessment for the purposes of this Subdivision. (4) In this section ***A.M.A. Guides*** has the same meaning as it has in section 91(8).
