#### 20 Authority to carry out ancillary activities 20 Authority to carry out ancillary activities > An access order authorises: > > > (a) the access to and the remaining on the land concerned of such persons authorised by the applicant as are reasonably necessary to carry out the work, and > > > (b) the applicant to bring on, leave on and remove from the land such materials, plant and equipment as are reasonably necessary for carrying out the work, and > > > (c) the applicant to remove from the land any waste that may arise from carrying out the work.
