4 Constitution of Trust
(1) There is constituted by this Act a body corporate with the corporate name of the Aboriginal Languages Trust.
(2) The Trust is a NSW Government agency.
Note—
See section 13A of the Interpretation Act 1987.
(3) The affairs of the Trust are to be conducted on a not-for-profit basis.
