40 Indemnity of Council in respect of Aboriginal land
[Section 40 Amended by No. 25 of 2005, s. 18, Applied:21 Jul 2005] The Council is indemnified by the Crown against any action arising out of or in relation to land vested in the Council under section 27(1) before it became vested in the Council.
