### 10A Transfer of names to Roll

> > (1) If no objection in relation to a name was lodged with the Electoral Commissioner in accordance with [section 10](#GS10@EN) , the Electoral Commissioner is to transfer the name from the Preliminary Roll to the Roll.
>
> > (2) If the Electoral Commissioner has rejected an objection in relation to a name in accordance with [section 10](#GS10@EN) , and no appeal has been lodged under that section in relation to that decision, the Electoral Commissioner is to transfer the name from the Preliminary Roll to the Roll.
>
> > (3) If, in relation to an appeal to the Supreme Court lodged under [section 10](#GS10@EN) , the effect of the decision of the Supreme Court is that the Electoral Commissioner reconsider the objection in relation to a name, and the objection is then rejected by the Electoral Commissioner, the Electoral Commissioner is to transfer the name from the Preliminary Roll to the Roll.
