#### 6 NSWALC approval not required for certain LALC land dealings 6 NSWALC approval not required for certain LALC land dealings > For the purposes of section 42E(2)(b) of the Act, the making of a development application by a Local Aboriginal Land Council is prescribed as a land dealing that does not require the approval of the New South Wales Aboriginal Land Council if the development the subject of the application— > > > (a) is to be carried out on land vested in the Local Aboriginal Land Council, and > > > (b) has an estimated cost of less than $500,000.
