48 Community, land and business plans
(1) For the purposes of section 84(4) of the Act, a summary of a proposed community, land and business plan of a Local Aboriginal Land Council must contain a summary of each matter listed in section 83 of the Act (under headings that correspond to the paragraphs set out in that section).
(2) The Local Aboriginal Land Council may include any other information that it thinks fit in the summary.
