#### 48 Community, land and business plans 48 Community, land and business plans > > (1) For the purposes of section 84(4) of the Act, a summary of a proposed community, land and business plan of a Local Aboriginal Land Council must contain a summary of each matter listed in section 83 of the Act (under headings that correspond to the paragraphs set out in that section). > > > (2) The Local Aboriginal Land Council may include any other information that it thinks fit in the summary.
