30 Determination of applications for constitution of Local Aboriginal Land Council area
(1) The Minister may, on the recommendation of the Registrar, by order published in the Gazette, constitute an area as a Local Aboriginal Land Council area having the boundaries, and to be known by the name, specified in the order.
(2) The Minister must make an order specified in subclause (1) in accordance with a determination of the Court.
(3) The boundaries of an area may be specified by reference to a map deposited in the office of the Registrar.
(4) The Registrar must serve notice of the constitution of the area on the applicants.
