#### 30 Determination of applications for constitution of Local Aboriginal Land Council area 30 Determination of applications for constitution of Local Aboriginal Land Council area > > (1) The Minister may, on the recommendation of the Registrar, by order published in the Gazette, constitute an area as a Local Aboriginal Land Council area having the boundaries, and to be known by the name, specified in the order. > > > (2) The Minister must make an order specified in subclause (1) in accordance with a determination of the Court. > > > (3) The boundaries of an area may be specified by reference to a map deposited in the office of the Registrar. > > > (4) The Registrar must serve notice of the constitution of the area on the applicants.
