28 Court may review recommendation of the Registrar
(1) Applicants may appeal to the Court within 14 clear days after notice of a recommendation in respect of the application has been given under clause 26(5).
(2) The applicants and the Registrar have a right to be heard on the appeal.
(3) In considering an appeal under this clause, the Court may make any recommendation that the Registrar could make in respect of the application.
(4) The Court must notify the Minister of its recommendation in relation to an application.
