#### 28 Court may review recommendation of the Registrar 28 Court may review recommendation of the Registrar > > (1) Applicants may appeal to the Court within 14 clear days after notice of a recommendation in respect of the application has been given under clause 26(5). > > > (2) The applicants and the Registrar have a right to be heard on the appeal. > > > (3) In considering an appeal under this clause, the Court may make any recommendation that the Registrar could make in respect of the application. > > > (4) The Court must notify the Minister of its recommendation in relation to an application.
