#### 25 Consideration of objections by New South Wales Aboriginal Land Council 25 Consideration of objections by New South Wales Aboriginal Land Council > > (1) The Registrar must, immediately on the lodgment of an objection to an application under this Division, refer the objection to the New South Wales Aboriginal Land Council. > > > (2) If, after completing any inquiry as it thinks fit, the New South Wales Aboriginal Land Council is of the opinion that a dispute between parties to an application and parties who have lodged objections to the application may be resolved by conciliation, the Council is to endeavour to resolve the dispute. > > > (3) The New South Wales Aboriginal Land Council must report to the Registrar in respect of an objection not later than 60 clear days after the objection has been referred to it.
