#### 23 Notification of application for constitution of Local Aboriginal Land Council area 23 Notification of application for constitution of Local Aboriginal Land Council area > > (1) On receipt of an application under this Division, the Registrar must cause notice of it to be— > > > > > (a) published in the Gazette, and > > > > > (b) sent to the New South Wales Aboriginal Land Council. > > > (2) A notice must give particulars of the proposal contained in the application. > > > (3) A notice published in the Gazette must specify the requirements for making objections to the application.
