#### 14 Pecuniary interests in land dealings 14 Pecuniary interests in land dealings > > (1) A member of an expert advisory panel who has a pecuniary interest in a matter being assessed by the panel must disclose the nature of the interest to the New South Wales Aboriginal Land Council as soon as practicable. > > > (2) A person who has, or who discloses, a pecuniary interest in a matter is not eligible to be appointed to, or to remain as a member of, an expert advisory panel assessing the matter. > > > (3) Words and expressions used in this clause have the same meaning as in Part 10 of the Act.
