(1) The New South Wales Aboriginal Land Council may pass a resolution requesting a Local Aboriginal Land Council to provide copies of minutes for a particular meeting or meetings.
(2) A Local Aboriginal Land Council may pass a resolution requesting the New South Wales Aboriginal Land Council to provide copies of minutes for a particular meeting or meetings.
(3) An Aboriginal Land Council is to comply with any request made by resolution passed in accordance with this clause.
