#### 106 Election of Local Aboriginal Land Council Board members after administration 106 Election of Local Aboriginal Land Council Board members after administration > > (1) For the purposes of section 226(1) of the Act, elections for Board members are to be held at a meeting of the Local Aboriginal Land Council called for that purpose by the administrator. > > > (2) The elections are to be held not less than 28 days before the end of the period of the administrator’s term of office. > > > (3) The term of office of the Board members elected commences at the end of the period of administration. > > > (4) Division 3 of Part 3 applies to the election of Board members under this clause. > > > (5) At a meeting called by the administrator, the Board members elected under this clause are to elect, in the manner determined by the Board members, a Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson.
