65JA Delegation by Board
(1) The Board may, in writing, delegate all or any of its powers or functions under this Act, other than under Division 7, to: (a) a Committee mentioned in section 65F, 65FA or 65FB; or (b) the CEO. (2) In exercising any powers or performing any functions under the delegation, the delegate must comply with any directions of the Board.
