65J Delegation by NTAI Corporation
(1) The NTAI Corporation may, in writing under its seal, delegate all or any of its powers or functions to: (a) a Committee mentioned in section 65F, 65FA or 65FB; or (b) the CEO. (2) In exercising any powers or performing any functions under the delegation, the delegate must comply with any directions of the NTAI Corporation.
