#### 65GG Resignation (1) The CEO may resign the CEO’s appointment by giving the Board a written resignation. (2) The CEO must also give a copy of the written resignation to the Minister. (3) The resignation takes effect on the day it is received by the Board or, if a later day is specified in the resignation, on that later day.
