The Board consists of the following members: (a) for each Land Council—2 persons appointed by the Land Council under subsection 65EB(1); (b) a person appointed by the Minister under subsection 65EC(1); and (c) a person appointed by the Finance Minister under subsection 65EC(2); and (d) 2 persons appointed by the Board under subsection 65ED(1).
