#### 65BC General rules about performance of functions In performing its functions, the NTAI Corporation must: (a) have regard to its purposes under section 65BA; and (b) have regard to the strategic investment plan that is in force at the relevant time; and (c) act in accordance with sound business principles whenever it performs its functions on a commercial basis; and (d) maximise the employment of Aboriginal people living in the Northern Territory; and (e) maximise the use of goods and services provided by businesses owned or controlled (whether directly or indirectly) by Aboriginal people living in the Northern Territory.
