62AMinimum investment amount

#### 62A Minimum investment amount (1) The Minister may, by writing, determine an amount (the investment amount) for the purposes of this section. (2) If, at any time while the determination is in effect, the total of the amounts that: (a) have been debited from the Account; and (b) are invested in accordance with section 58 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013; is less than the investment amount, the balance is to be available to be debited from the Account for the purpose of being so invested (and not for any other purpose). (3) A determination takes effect on the day specified in the determination. (4) A determination is not a legislative instrument.
