#### 246 Proof of certain matters not required 246 Proof of certain matters not required (cf former section 64) > In any legal proceedings, no proof is required (until evidence is given to the contrary) of— > > > (a) the constitution of an Aboriginal Land Council, or > > > (b) any resolution of an Aboriginal Land Council, or > > > (c) the appointment or election of any councillor or any Board member, or > > > (d) the holding of office by a person as an officer of the New South Wales Aboriginal Land Council or as the Chairperson or Deputy Chairperson of a Board, or > > > (e) the presence or nature of a quorum at any meeting of an Aboriginal Land Council. > > **s 246:** Ins 2001 No 118, Sch 1 \[17\].
