#### 241 Reference of disputes to Court 241 Reference of disputes to Court (cf former section 59) > > (1) The Registrar may refer a dispute to which this Part applies to the Court for determination. > > > (2) The Court must hear and determine any dispute referred to it by the Registrar under this section. > > > (3) The Court may give such directions as it considers necessary to determine a dispute referred to it. > > > (4) Any person who contravenes a direction given by the Court under this section is guilty of an offence. > > > > Maximum penalty— > > > > > (a) in the case of an individual—80 penalty units, or > > > > > (b) in the case of a corporation—200 penalty units. > > **s 241:** Ins 2001 No 118, Sch 1 \[17\].
