#### 223A Notice of appointment of administrator 223A Notice of appointment of administrator > > (1) The Minister may, before appointing an administrator of an Aboriginal Land Council under this Division, give not less than 14 days notice in writing of the appointment to— > > > > > (a) in the case of a Local Aboriginal Land Council—each Board member and the New South Wales Aboriginal Land Council, and > > > > > (b) in the case of the New South Wales Aboriginal Land Council—each councillor. > > > (2) The Minister must, before appointing an administrator, take into account any written representations received from any person or body to whom notice was given under this section. > > **s 223A:** Ins 2006 No 111, Sch 1 \[106\].
