#### 205 Circumstances in which Tribunal may dispense with hearing 205 Circumstances in which Tribunal may dispense with hearing > The Tribunal may determine a referred matter without a hearing if— > > > (a) the Tribunal has considered— > > > > > (i) the referral report for the matter, and > > > > > (ii) other matter the Tribunal considers relevant, and > > > (b) the Registrar and the person to whom the referral report relates have agreed that the proceedings may be determined without a hearing, and > > > (c) there are no material facts in dispute between the Registrar and the person, and > > > (d) in the opinion of the Tribunal, public interest considerations do not require a hearing. > > **s 205:** Ins 2001 No 118, Sch 1 \[17\].
