#### 162 Funding agreements 162 Funding agreements > > (1) The New South Wales Aboriginal Land Council may enter into a funding agreement with a Local Aboriginal Land Council under which the New South Wales Aboriginal Land Council agrees to grant funds to the Local Aboriginal Land Council on certain specified conditions. > > > (2) A funding agreement may provide that if the Local Aboriginal Land Council breaches a provision of the agreement, the New South Wales Aboriginal Land Council is to cease to provide funds to the Local Aboriginal Land Council. > > > (3) (Repealed) > > > (4) The regulations may prescribe a model funding agreement that my be adopted for the purposes of this section. > > **s 162:** Ins 2001 No 118, Sch 1 \[17\].
