#### 15A Saving of certain directions 15A Saving of certain directions > > (1) Any directions given by the Minister under section 33A (as inserted by the [Aboriginal Land Rights (Amendment) Act 1986](/view/pdf/asmade/act-1986-18)) that were in force immediately before 2 May 1990 are to be taken to be directions given by the Minister under that section (as revived by the amending Act). > > > (2) This clause is taken to have commenced on 22 June 1990. > > > (3) Subclause (1) re-enacts (with minor modifications) section 4 of the amending Act. Subclause (1) is a transferred provision to which section 30A of the [Interpretation Act 1987](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1987-015) applies. > > > (4) In this clause— > > > > amending Act means the [Aboriginal Land Rights (Revival of Financial Provision) Act 1990](/view/pdf/asmade/act-1990-32).
