#### 158 Budget of Local Aboriginal Land Councils 158 Budget of Local Aboriginal Land Councils > > (1) Each Local Aboriginal Land Council must, before the commencement of each financial year, prepare and adopt a detailed budget relating to the Council’s proposed operations during that financial year. > > > (2) The budget must be prepared in accordance with any applicable policy of the New South Wales Aboriginal Land Council and be submitted to the New South Wales Aboriginal Land Council not less than 10 weeks before the commencement of the financial year to which the budget relates. > > > (3) The New South Wales Aboriginal Land Council may require a Local Aboriginal Land Council to resubmit a budget under this section if the New South Wales Aboriginal Land Council is satisfied that the budget does not meet the requirements of this section. > > **s 158:** Ins 2001 No 118, Sch 1 \[17\].
