#### 152F Annual reporting information 152F Annual reporting information > > (1) The annual reporting information is the following information about the New South Wales Aboriginal Land Council’s activities during a financial year— > > > > > (a) financial statements, > > > > > (b) the audit report relating to the financial statements, > > > > > (c) information relating to the performance of the Council of a kind prescribed by the regulations, > > > > > (d) the total remuneration, including travelling expenses, paid to each councillor by the New South Wales Aboriginal Land Council, > > > > > (e) the total funds granted to each Local Aboriginal Land Council by the New South Wales Aboriginal Land Council, > > > > > (f) other information prescribed by the regulations. > > > (2) The regulations may make provision about the preparation, content and presentation of annual reporting information. > > **s 152F:** Ins 2022 No 68, Sch 4.1\[21\].
