#### 150 Preservation of NSW Aboriginal Land Council assets 150 Preservation of NSW Aboriginal Land Council assets (cf former section 29A) > > (1) The value of the assets of the New South Wales Aboriginal Land Council must be maintained above the capital value, as at 31 December 1998, of the New South Wales Aboriginal Land Council Account. > > > (2) Net realised investment income and net realised capital gains on money to the credit of the Account (being realised investment income and realised capital gains less any costs incurred in investing the money, including the cost of obtaining investment advice) after 31 December 1998 may be disbursed from the Account. > > > (3) For the purposes of subsection (1), any amount to the credit of the New South Wales Aboriginal Land Council Community Fund is to be taken into account for the purposes of determining the value of the assets of the New South Wales Aboriginal Land Council. > > **s 150:** Ins 2001 No 118, Sch 1 \[17\].
