sec.8 Chairperson, deputy chairperson and secretary—appointment
A land trust must appoint— a member as the chairperson of the land trust; and if there is more than 1 member—a member as the deputy chairperson of the land trust; and if there are more than 2 members—a member as the secretary of the land trust. s 8 amd 2013 SL No. 137 s 3
- (a) a member as the chairperson of the land trust; and
- (b) if there is more than 1 member—a member as the deputy chairperson of the land trust; and
- (c) if there are more than 2 members—a member as the secretary of the land trust.
