sec.48A Prescribed protected areas— Act , s 173
For section 173 (4) of the Act , definition prescribed protected area , paragraph (b) , a resources reserve stated in schedule 1 is prescribed. Section 174 of the Act provides that prescribed protected areas in the Cape York Peninsula Region are transferable land. s 48A ins 2018 SL No. 57 s 3 amd 2019 Act No. 17 s 27
