sec.23 Powers in relation to trust property
The land trust may exercise the powers that an owner of real or personal property can exercise in relation to the owner’s real or personal property. Subsection (1) is subject to the Act and this regulation. (sec.23-ssec.1) The land trust may exercise the powers that an owner of real or personal property can exercise in relation to the owner’s real or personal property. (sec.23-ssec.2) Subsection (1) is subject to the Act and this regulation.
