Tasmania act
This Act sets the timing and administration for the third election of the Aboriginal Land Council of Tasmania: the Chief Electoral Officer must pick a date between 1 January 2005 and 31 December 2005 [s3], and administration of the Act is assigned to the Premier and the Department of Premier and Cabinet until an Administrative Arrangements order is made [s4]. It also fixes commencement mechanics and repeals the 1999 Elections Act (Schedule 1) [s2, Schedule 1]. No new funding rules are included; administrative costs fall to the responsible department while it holds the role [s4].
